Brooke Fischer
Brooke Fischer grew up in Boulder, Colorado, at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and studied at the Colorado Institute of Art, Denver. Brooke feels passionately about women’s rights, equality, and the environment, among other issues. It is because of this passion that she strives to create artwork to inspire movement and get people to use their voices, to take part in the conversation, and to take action in our current political climate. Change is possible if we are paying attention and willing to be proactive.
Zulfa Ishak
Zulfa is a writer and illustrator, and she spends a lot of time inside of her mind. Vulnerability and spirituality inspire the art that manifests through her. Her passion is creating a bridge for ideas to make their way into the physical realm. Once art makes it out into the world, it has a life of its own, and creates a unique bond with every soul it visits. Born and raised in Yemen and now an immigrant in the United States, Zulfa finds joy in planting seeds of her culture in her art - reminders of her first home.
Mary Purdie
Mary Purdie is a writer and illustrator currently residing in Palm Desert, California. She earned her BFA in Communication Arts from Otis College of Art & Design. She has collaborated with brands including Target, POPSUGAR, and the World Health Organization.
Mary uses her creative gifts to alchemize both her personal and collective experiences—especially grief—into powerful images that make her audience feel connected and empowered.
Li Zhang
Li Zhang is an Illustrator, Designer, and Art Director currently based in Boston.
Her works span different mediums such as illustration, digital design, and motion. After earning her Degree in Illustration from The Fashion Institute of Technology, she started working as an independent illustrator in New York. Prior to moving to the States, she worked as a product engineer for the Global French automotive company Groupe PSA in Shanghai. Drawing on a range of influences from pop artists like David Hockney to traditional Chinese painting, she has forged her own individual approach to painting and loves experimenting with perspective and geometry. Combining rational logical thinking with creative imagination, she enjoys creating intricate, symbolic, geometrical illustrations that celebrate diversity and the power of storytelling through a colorful patterned style. She has collaborated with brands including Nasdaq / Dior / Microsoft / Washington Post / Meredith, etc.
Reyna Noriega
“ART IS YOUR SUPERPOWER, USE IT TO CHANGE THE WORLD.”
Reyna's art and writings are muses from her own journey condensed into a poetic form that people can digest and insert their own experiences, similar to her faceless drawings. She aims not to be a voice for the voiceless, but to lead them to feel empowered using their own voice.
Leah Duncan
Leah is a textile, surface pattern, and home goods designer as well as an illustrator. Her career began in 2008 with a successful Etsy shop which quickly grew to include shops internationally carrying her work and textiles as well as collaborations with brands featuring her surface patterns and illustrations. She then released her first fabric collection, creating a unique and recognizable voice within the industry. She is known for her earthy modern, playful but sophisticated style.
Ashley Lukashevsky
Ashley Lukashevsky — or Ashluka for short— is a visual artist born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. They're currently living between Tongva land (Los Angeles) and Kanaka Maoli land (Honolulu).
Ashley uses illustration and visual art as a tool to strengthen social movements for our collective liberation— racial justice, immigrant justice, climate justice, mental health and LGBTQIA+ liberation. They think that in order to tear down harmful systems, we need to be able to envision a world beyond them. Ashley is trying to draw what that world looks like.
